“They know I am more than some eager blood, not some average bones. I believe in love. I just want to prove that I deserve this gift. I will change this world. Baby, this is it.”
Perhaps, I was born with curiosity.

One Good Thing About Vegetarianism.

It forces you to be creative and actually cook.

My favorite food in the world is linguini alfredo. I know it’s terrible fattening, but I would enjoy it as a treat every now and then. So, when I found out that cheese has an ingredient called “rennet,” an enzyme from the stomach of slaughtered baby cows, I was more than upset. Since cheese is one of the main ingredients, I couldn’t have alfredo sauce anymore.

After literally months of lamenting about this, I decided to do something about it. I made alfredo sauce from scratch using vegetarian cheeses. Not only do I know exactly what’s going into it, I can ensure that no unhealthy and unnecessary additives are mixed in. Not to mention, it’s the best alfredo sauce I have ever had.

I’m thinking that since I couldn’t find vegetarian alfredo anywhere and I’ve gotten sooo good at making it, maybe I’ll take some up to whole foods and trader joes and see if they are interested in buying some.

Reason #3,500 that I love being a vegetarian.
